Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of MakeAReel.com and MakeAReel’s related creator, account, media-library, and subscription services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, audio, text, and other content you submit to MakeAReel. You give us the limited permission needed to store, process, display, and deliver that content solely to operate the features you request, including creation, editing, export, and saving of your projects.

You are responsible for having the rights, permissions, and consents needed for your content and for the way you use or publish it. Do not submit content that infringes another person’s rights, violates the law, is abusive, or attempts to harm the service or its users.

Google Photos imports

When you choose to import from Google Photos, you authorize MakeAReel to receive only the media you select through Google’s official picker and to add those files to your MakeAReel Media Library. You may remove imported media from your library at any time.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed on the schedule shown at checkout and renew until cancelled. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing area of your account; access continues through the current paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Service availability

We work to keep MakeAReel available and reliable, but online services, third-party providers, and media-generation systems may occasionally be unavailable or produce variable results. Features may change as the service evolves. We may suspend or limit access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or legal obligations.

Disclaimer and limits

MakeAReel is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every reel, export, generation, or third-party integration will meet a particular result or be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, MakeAReel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Changes and contact
