MAKEAREEL LEGAL

End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (EULA) explains the limited right to use MakeAReel's website, editor, and related services. It works together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. License to use MakeAReel

While you comply with this EULA and our Terms of Service, MakeAReel grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the service for its intended reel-creation purpose.

2. What you may not do

You may not copy, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to bypass the service, its security, usage limits, or access controls. You may not use MakeAReel to violate another person's rights or applicable law.

3. Your content

You retain your rights in the photos, videos, audio, and other materials you provide. You are responsible for having the permissions needed to use them. You grant MakeAReel permission to process your content only to provide the service you request.

4. Third-party services

Some features connect to third-party services, such as Google Photos, Stripe, and media-generation providers. Their terms and policies also apply to your use of those services. For Google Photos, MakeAReel accesses only the items you explicitly choose to import.

5. Updates and availability

We may update, improve, or discontinue features as the service evolves. We work to keep MakeAReel available and secure, but do not guarantee that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Ending access

You may stop using MakeAReel at any time. We may suspend or end access when necessary to protect the service, users, or comply with law, including for a material breach of this EULA or our Terms.
